Our company and team members are environmentally conscious. BioVentures Institute patented technology has potentially high impact on the environment monitoring, remediation and protection. Continuing +!5 years cooperation with Malaysian biotechnology holding Revongen Corporation there was founded ClearWing Foundation for Biodiversity (https://www.clearwingfound.com/en_GB/). The foundation was established by two funders: BioVentures Institute President - professor Piotr Skowron and Revongen President – Mr El Law as well as Italian nature movie maker – Mr Paolo Volponi (the foundation President) and recognised entomologist – dr Marta Skowron Volponi (the Foundation vice-President). The foundation is actively persuing biodiversity exploration, which has resulted in discovery of 5 new butterfly species in Malaysia and Thailand as well as rediscovery of Asian butterfly species, which was considered extinct for 130 years. This dr Marta Skowron Volponi discovery was commented wordwide, including Science magazine (http://www.sciencemag.org/news/2017/12/researchers-find-moth-last-seen-130-years-ago).
