Development of PDGF-BB-derived biomaterial: An ‘artificial’ concatemericprotein for regenerative applications

This publication describes the development of platelet-derived growth factor (PDGF) - derived peptides, subjected to concatemerisation. The construct demonstrates possesses promising pro-regenerative potential. It was developed as a result of a collaboration between the BioVentures Institute, the University of Gdańsk, the Medical University of Gdańsk, and Gdańsk University of Technology, funded by the NCBR grant TECHMATSTRATEG2/410747/11/NCBR/2019 (2019–2023).
